Half a head of romaine lettuce
Grated Pecorino Romano cheese
- Brown some garlic in a little olive oil on a skillet or a stove top grill.
- Place the half a head of romaine lettuce on top of the garlic, and brown it on both sides; place on a plate or bowl.
- Sprinkle fresh lemon juice and more olive oil over the lettuce, along with a topping of grated Pecorino Romano cheese.
