Fabulous Freelancer Foodie Recipe: Warm Caesar Salad

No matter the season, this is a fresh, comforting salad that can beautifully adapt to being either a side dish or a main meal.


Consider adding a grilled chicken breast to this recipe, or a favorite brand of croutons.


Olive Oil
Half a head of romaine lettuce
Lemon juice
Grated Pecorino Romano cheese


  1. Brown some garlic in a little olive oil on a skillet or a stove top grill.
  2. Place the half a head of romaine lettuce on top of the garlic, and brown it on both sides; place on a plate or bowl.
  3. Sprinkle fresh lemon juice and more olive oil over the lettuce, along with a topping of grated Pecorino Romano cheese.
